Cost: $249
Length: 15 minute session
Includes: Choose your 5 favourite photos from your online viewing gallery to keep, (included in the Mini Session Fee) - with the option to upgrade & keep your whole gallery for an additional $199. You can also add on prints via your online gallery if you wish.

Mini Session Terms & Conditions: Purchase of your Mini Session recognises acceptance of these.
Booking confirmation - payment of the Mini Session fee, recognises your acceptance of these T&C's and confirms your mini session booking with Heidi Horton Photography.
Cancellation policy - because of the nature of mini sessions, if you change your mind or choose to cancel your mini session after payment, the fee is non-refundable. All sales are final.
Rescheduling/postponement - as these portraits are outdoors the weather plays a role for our mini session. If the weather conditions aren't favourable on the day of the mini sessions, we will reschedule to another date. If the alternative date doesn't suit you I will work to find a date that does suit, otherwise the mini session fee will be refunded to you.
Copyright & photo release - all photographs created by Heidi Horton Photography are copyright and remain the property of Heidi Horton Photography.
You agree that Heidi Horton Photography may use any photographs for advertising, marketing, samples, portfolio, self-promotion and/or professional competition. Use includes, but is not limited to, Heidi Horton Photography's website and social media platforms.
Limit of liability - while every reasonable effort will be made to produce and deliver outstanding photographs, Heidi Horton Photography accepts no liability for any claim or loss arising from my performance as your photographer. Because lifestyle portraits involve many uncontrollable factors, we cannot 100% guarantee delivery of any specifically requested image(s). When booking your session you agree to cheerful cooperation and communication with Heidi Horton Photography for the best possible result within the definition of this assignment. Heidi Horton Photography is not responsible if key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during photography sessions or for missed images due to details not revealed to the photographer.
Creative license - you, the Client, acknowledges Heidi Horton Photography has their own creative style. Heidi Horton Photography may discuss some preferences with you but ultimately you acknowledge that Heidi Horton Photography will create images representative of her own unique style. Heidi Horton Photography provides only processed images ready for enjoyment and printing (unedited/RAW files are not supplied).
Colour variation - we offer archival-quality photographic prints and products through our printing partner, Queensberry NZ. Viewing any digital form of your photographs may vary from their intended appearance depending on your computer or device's screen and settings. In addition, we cannot guarantee the results or quality of photographic prints made by yourself or by your own chosen printers.
Backup - we strongly encourage you to back up your digital images as standard practice. Ideally the best form of backup is to get your images printed. If you do lose your photographs or require another copy of your images please contact me or simply log back in to your online gallery, however we do not guarantee to hold images indefinitely.
